Hello everyone!
This is my second running report.
I started this running experience because I am an Agonistic Karate Athlete and the running is an important task of my specific training both for body resistance and breath resistance.
In this 2nd report I ran again around a big green park near my girlfriend’s house, these are the results: 9 kilometers and 12285 steps in about 35 minutes.
After that I did a stretching session long 10mins, push-ups session with about 100 total push-ups and an abs session long 2-3 mins.
