Didn't run yesterday as my legs were sore and I'm slowly working my way back to running routinely. But made sure I kept the plan of getting 10,000 steps a day last. I've missed twice in these 5 days but it was due to not realizing I hadn't reached when I falsely assumed I'd hit the mark so didnt miss by much. Hardest part will be remembering to get the 10k in with all the football over the weekend.
