Greetings everyone! Today wasn’t a lazy one for me. As always first on my agenda was Actifit. We had a nice and wonderful weather with blue skies and lovely white clouds are always good and heartwarming to many people who enjoy doing and being outdoors. And a little bit of sunlight and vitamin D from the sun also does the body good.
So, there I was just plowing through the neighborhood. I reached my 18.9K steps by 10:00 a.m. this morning. I was mainly jogging most of the way. Then I walked a little bit on the way home. I was I feeling a little hungry and so when I came home I fixed me another sandwich like the ones I made last night.
After eating, I marinated a Florida pompano fish and placed it in the fridge for an hour and that would be for my lunch and dinner tonight. It was now time to grill the fish. It took about 40 minutes. I was having my lunch at around 2:00 o’clock this afternoon. I like and enjoy eating fish or seafood because it’s nutritious and has plenty of protein in it. And besides it just taste delicious.
Also, doing all these activities of cooking and house chores at home gave me an ample of steps as long as I have my phone on me all the time, otherwise nothing will be counted. So, I made sure that I have my phone with me all the time.
