Welcome and greetings everyone!
I’ve completed my #automaticwin this morning after getting on the treadmill for a little over an hour.
And I didn’t get a chance to go outside at all. It was too chilly for me to go for a walk, so staying indoors was the best alternative. I’ve been hopping on the treadmill on and off until I reached at 16K and now I’m calling it quit for my Actifit activity for today. Until tomorrow when we get to do it all over again.
And I hope your day today was fruitful and a lot of fun.
