Hello and greetings everyone! Happy Sunday! How’s everyone doing today? I hope you all had an active and productive workout today.
So, it has been almost a day since I shared my report and now I’m constructing a new one for what I’ve accomplished today. As you’ve already known the weather here has been crappy and due to that I’ve been doing most of my workout indoors. Yeah, winter season is the crappiest season of the year for me. But just because the weather is crappy doesn’t mean that I have to be crappy too. No, not at all. I’m happy to do my workout indoor using the treadmill. I know, nothing beats being outdoors seeing all the beauty nature has to offer. That’s the difference, but that also depends upon your thoughts. Gotta have beautiful, optimistic and soothing thoughts to go about your day otherwise things can easily go down hill.
So, anyways, after having been in the treadmill for a few hours I went to the kitchen and made rice risotto with shrimp and scallops with asparagus and other vegetables for lunch. And if you want to try or know how to make it, here’s the link to that recipe:

After lunch, I simply rested and did a little tidying up, listened to some classical music by Giovanni on DVD player, played on my iPhone browsing the Internet looking and reminiscing some old photos then watched shows on Netflix. And this concludes my daily Actifit report.
Tomorrow is another day when we get to do this over again. So, I’ll definitely see you all again tomorrow and can’t wait to see what you’re all up to with Actifit.
