Hello Everybody! Happy Monday!
And as before welcome back. I hope you all had an amazing and fantastic day with your workout today.
How did I gather and accumulate my steeping steps today? Well, it started out this morning after waking up at 7 and then head over to the treadmill for a 2.5 hours of walking and 15 minutes of cooling down. I was sweating a little, so I hit to the shower and got cleaned up.
Come after noon I went to the kitchen and made me a roast beef sandwich for lunch. Then after lunch I baked a loaf of banana bread for snack. One of the fruits I bought yesterday was the banana. Here’s the link, in case you want to try making it in your kitchen.

After eating my dessert, I thought I needed to burn off some calories. So at around 5 pm I drove to the mall and walked until 8:30. I enjoyed and I had fun walking at the mall. It’s the safest place for walking. And also, the mall has been my favorite place to hang out now since I started going there last week and garnering thousands and thousands of my steps from this amazing place. And today has been a long day, however, I hardly noticed how far and how many steps I’ve garnered. I just kept it going.
Anyways, so I drove home at around 8:30 and calling it a day.
