Now let me give you a rundown on how I attained my stepping activity for today.
First thing I did this morning after waking up early was doing some warmup exercises and calisthenics in my living room while at the same time also watching the news on TV. And also with the goal of achieving the automaticwin is essentail as a way for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
And as soon as I was over doing exercises, the next thing I did was going and walking around the neighborhood for some time. It was nippy this morning but I was wearing outfit gear that kept me warm while I was leisurely strolling out and about outdoors.
This morning I took pictures of a squirrel I saw in the bushes in the front lawn and a flower near the sidewalk.
Then I returned home just before ten o’clock from that morning walk.
Come afternoon, I drove and walked in the downtown and stopping by again at the Harvest Restaurant for a late lunch. After lunch I continued walking for quite a bit.
On my way home I stopped by the grocery store and went shopping and calling it my final stepping for the day.
