I did a really slow run today but my goal was about my heart rate and not my speed. I wanted to do less than 145 bpm on average but I did 150. It is quite strange because I usually can run faster than this with the same heart rate. Maybe it's because I was sick the previous days.
Also, I'm not sure if my watch shows the right heart rate (it is not a belt but included in the watch). It would maybe be a good thing to buy a belt to have more accurate data.

I managed to do almost 13,000 steps quickly today because I ran with my phone. I tried roads that I don't know so it better to have my phone with me!
