I haven’t posted in a while 🤦🏻♀️
Managed to do the half marathon on the 8th December despite being ill. Managed it in 1hr 49mins so can’t complain too much about that. Didn’t run for a good 5-6 days afterwards as my legs felt like jelly & I was still shaking off a cough but when I did go out I ran 4.5miles at 7min 52sec pace.
So far this week I’ve done 2 x 4 milers with friends. Just plodding around checking out all of the lights in the neighbourhood.
2020 fitness goals - Going to find a nice flat half marathon for March-April time before it gets too warm. Also going to get a road bike and enter a couple of triathlons, if anyone knows of a decent entry level bike?
