My activity day started this afternoon, with a solo walk down to a bank, and I did a set of Seven77 push-ups in front of the downtown train.

The family and I did an afternoon walk through town, but before we walked out the door, I did my strongest set of push-ups with the boys on my back.
I’m so lucky that and
enjoying going on long walks.
I’m extremely tired, and my battery is low, but I will attempt to reach 10k on today’s Activity Count. I have 20 minutes to get it done.
