High Sierra Swimming on My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2019

The family and I spent the afternoon up in the Sequoia National Park to escape the valley heat.

The boys love playing in the small pools of the Kaweah River. Hive account@theharvey is usually afraid to walk beyond knee deep, but he was full of adventure today.

Hive account@luvbnamome was smart to sit in the shade, and around the cold High Sierra water.

I can’t wait until the boys are more comfortable maneuvering around the boulders.

Early this morning, I walked around downtown Visalia to secure another #AutomaticWin.

If I continue to score more than a few #AutomaticWins a week, I will be a Top 50 Actifitter before the new year.

I’m at less than 12,000 steps for the day, so I will do a late evening walk when Hive account@luvbnamome comes home from a dinner date.

I’m happy to post over 14,000 for the day, and will continue to SteemOnDudes!
