Finally after a long time, since I dropped my phone in sea in Goa. The new phone have bit of issues with the app. But got it to work finally. So, anyway let's start with again. I will be recording both my activity and diet here, as I am trying the affect of certain nutrients for myself.
Activity:
Started my day with walking my dogs, sadly that was before I turned on the app. But anyway. Then walked to my workplace. Work was fun today. 6 hours of sorting on FACS and then a qPCR assay. I love both of these machines. Then walk back home and finally ended my day with walking the dogs again.
Diet: So the idea is to replicate one of the mice study on myself. I will keep my activity the same. Won't change the total calories just the constituents of it.
So morning started by having half of the muskmelon (170 cal), 2 cheese omelette worth 4 eggs and 4 slices of cheese (approx 850 cal)
Lunch was half a kg of grilled chicken (1200 cal)
Then for evening snacks I had a chilli cheese sandwich. Which was about 500 cal.
Finally, a fat rich dinner approximating to 2000 cal.
So 4500 cal in total mostly fat rich.
