Activity
Ah, lazy lazy Sunday. Woke up 2 hrs later than usual. Had to rush to take dogs for the walk. Then rushed, literally ran for the lab as we had a 2 photon experiment planned. We are doing a cool experiment with lifetime and second harmonics imaging.
Anyway, then walked back home early today. Wanted to spend some time with my gf. We had lunch together. And since I was home I went shopping for groceries and took care of garbage and tidy up the house.
Finally, night walk with the dogs. And that ends the day.

What idea am I being a lab rat to?
So what am I trying to test. Is calorie really a calorie? Or does it matter what makes a calorie. From a lot of studies and esp 2015 paper what matters the most is your glycemic response to certain foods. Once, I get my new glucometer, I will put the parameter in too. For now I am just going with idea of keeping my calorie intake and daily activity unaltered and only changing what would make up for those calories.
