Fitness:
I hate Monday mornings. But had to get up, take dogs for a walk. Then came back cooked myself some breakfast. Then as usual off to work. Today, I was imaging the skin sections that I stained for fibroblasts last week. Too much walking between the buildings. But what is better than good data plus dome physical activity.
Then finally came home late evening. Walked my way to the the nearby supermarket to buy food to cook. Cooked dinner and finally ended the day by taking the dogs for a walk.
Diet:
Breakfast -
Apple milk shake + 2 eggs with cheese for breakfast (800 cal)
Lunch -
Fish + rice + butter milk (approx 1500 cal)
Dinner - sprouts + dal followed by fried chicken (approx 1500 cal)
Net cal intake - 3800
