Activity

So morning was as usual. But once I walked my way to work the day got super busy. Spent most of the time taking images on microscope. Then came home in the evening, took rest for 1 hour. Then walked back to lab again. Visited vivarium. Then isolated some DNA and fixed some tissue sections. Finally came home late at night. Could not take the dogs for night walk, since I was late. But my gf took care of that today.

Diet

Breakfast - Apple + grilled chicken sausages + orange juice (800 cal)

Lunch - bread and eggs + chappati and cauliflower (approx 1400 cal)

Dinner - ok this got bit dicey today as I was busy. So had to eat it late. Anyway had a full roasted chicken (1100 cal)

Net calorie intake - 3300 cal + all the tea and coffee I was drinking today.
