Today was the dreaded hill training, well actually I run up and down slopes and steps on Gorleston sea front. There are many paths and steps that go up and down the cliffs, they are probably the closest thing I get to hills near where I live. It was pretty tough today as it was very windy by the sea but also really warm. I didn’t think I was going to be able to run the distance that I’d set out to do but I persevered and went slowly and managed to do the full 8km.
