Hi friends!
Iβm back from my dance event up in Vancouver and am excited to get back into my regular everyday routine!
Like the rest of this weekend - I wasnt able to have my phone on me for parts of the day - so my Actifit report isnβt totally accurate.
I still had a good amount of stuff to add into my healthy highlight reel though!
Ps... are you wondering about my weird selfie for the cover photo? During dance conventions - I spend at least 8 hours a day on my feet dancing. At the end of the night - I like to take a few moments to soak my feet in ice cold water to help reduce any swelling and to help me cool off before going to bed.
Sitting in the sink counter is the perfect spot!
The Daily Health Highlight Reel
Danced for 3 hours in the middle of the night and got in a few thousand steps between midnight -3am. π
Went to a few hours of dance classes this morning.
Did a 20 minute workout when I got home. Anyone else remember the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workouts? Iβm totally stoked to bring those back. I used to do them everyday!
Went for a 35 minute walk after my workout.
Made a fresh smoothie after my walk! π
Cooked a healthy, simple dinner of cilantro lime prawns and mango avocado salsa.
