Did mini-workouts throughout the day for a total of 49 squats, 20 sumo squats, 20 lunges, 20 donkey kicks, 30 standing oblique twists, 20 wall push-ups, one minute wall sit.
Did a Jillian Michaels workout. πͺπ»
Back to mostly eating clean now that vacation is over. Grilled chicken breast and avocado for lunch. π₯ and a fresh fruit smoothie after my workout π Went for some pizza after a few happy hour drinks with friends tonight though. π π€·ββοΈ
- Went for a nice, long walk after my workout to stretch out my muscles.
