On a roll today since I basically got shit done and could chill with nonhhing else to do. Well there is more to do but I just do not need to which is as good as it gets.
Made all my steps at work which is indicative of the amount of smoke breaks I had since on average my steps at work are only about 6000 or less.
More time behind pc = less steps.
So that is a win for fitness today I would say.
