Officially back to Actifit!
In June of 2019, I injured my ankle playing the sport that I love, football. For me, the love for football always surpassed all the injuries that I had (which were a lot). This time, since I wasn’t able to practice sports for 6 months (!), I decided to take a break from football and focus on my running.
In December, I starting training with the goal of doing a half-marathon in 2020. Things worked out better than expected, and in early February I did my first ever 21,1K!
Since June, I completely forgot about actifit, but from now on, I wil keep you posted on my training!
