Its been quite a long day, started out late because I had to rest, to recover from the previous day’s bustle, I had one of the most meaningful ceremonies in my course(capping and pinning ceremony). It was such n emotional day, and it was all worth it. Our mission as nurses was defined. We even took the nurses oath.
I did some exercise today where I walked for a good one hour, in the process, I was able to shop for groceries but the fun thing about today was the weather, it was so cool, no rain, just clouds, and we walking the long road.
I wish this kind of walk could be evwryday, well if time permits, Ill do it everyday.
Its nice to feel all my arteries heated up, and promoting wellness.
