What’s Up STACKERS!
It’s been a while since I hit the weights pretty hard. During the Thanksgiving week, it’s all been downhill. 😂
With unlimited supply of turkey, stuffing, cheesecake and wine, it was hard to resist not to eat it all. Especially the leftovers. 🥺
The outcome? I gained 5 LBS in 5 short days! 🤯
No more excuses. I’m going to start “putting in the work” now and not wait for New Years like many “average joes” tend to do. 😉
I’m currently using the app and it stated that I only did 3000+ steps! No worries, I probably burned thousands of calories just by lifting heavy objects against gravity. 😅
This app seems very useful and it helps me track my goals. I heard they are looking for delegations. I’ll do some research on this later tonight and see what it’s all about.
