HEY STACKERS!
Another decent workout Today at 24 Hour Fitness. Yeah, taking these selfies are pretty cheesy but I’m just documenting my fitness journey. 😏
All I did was an overall body workout with some heavy weights in less than 60 minutes.
I don’t even remember working out. 🤣
Like I said before, go hard and get out fast. I don’t want to be like those dudes who “live” in the gym. 🤷🏼♂️
Well another “workout” in the books and now I will be taking three days off "to recover" from my gym session. Being in shape is pretty simple if you just know how to do it right (Intermittent Fasting). 🙋🏼♂️
