You know what time it... It’s STACKIN Weights Monday! I got my “Royal Blue Steem Shirt" on and I’m ready to pump some iron. 😂 🤣
I’m not going to lie to you but I think I hit some major plateau’s in the last few weeks and my “Gainz” have been non-existent. 🤷🏼♂️
I’ll probably change it up a little and do more volume from now on. In other words, instead of working out for 60 minutes... I will ramp it up to 65 minutes with no breaks in between. LOL 😬
Just a quick update on my fitness journey. I’ll be back on later, I got to head to chipotle and pick up some chicken bowls. X2 🥙 🥙
