Just another typical "Monday Afternoon Workout" for your boy in Las Vegas, Nevada! 🌞🌴
Summer is around the corner and it’s about that time to shed off all that extra winter fat.
What is the saying? When you look good, you feel good! 😎
I just knocked out a great workout hittin’ the chest, shoulders, back, biceps, and the triceps.
In other words, every damn body part. 🤣
The only problem that I have is that I’m just getting about 3000 steps per workout on average.
Does it really matter? Not really, I’m still getting more gainzzz than people doing 20k steps a day, just sayin’ 😉
Another workout in the bag! I will take the typical three days off once again because I’m just keepin’ it simple.
