Mondays tend to be more sitting and less moving. However today was different. I biked 6 and later 13 miles. In between I ran and walked after work. Why so many miles? I'm not entirely sure. This time of the year is not the easiest. I have a few close friends dealing with depression. A couple others are handling expected loss as someone they love. I listen and be supportive as I can. On the other hand, it is draining when friends are in pain. Exercise helps. As a result, I am thankful this evening that I could squeeze the time and endorphins were I can!
