I also love to run. The last two Saturdays my long runs did not feel great. Realized I drink more on the weekends. Switched it up this morning. Drank less coffee today. Found a better run too! 10 miles. I do my best to "Never back down" from changes even if it's not my first choice! #holidaystreak
