My usual morning run with a segment where I run upward a complex over the metro with a library and a restaurant on top, was really tired today so I skipped the “wake up” yoga. Then eka pada koundyniasana drills, a high intensity circle yoga training, finished with a late evening strength focused yoga training outside where I felt a sudden burst of energy and yoga nidra at home.
