Good evening actifitters, it was a lovely day outside. Although there was a cold wind from the east, we had a blue sky and plenty of sunshine.
At lunch time I went for a relaxed walk with colleagues and tonight I went for a brisk walk with my wife.
It's funny that everything goes much quicker when you talk while exercising... 😋<
