Today was.... actually a pretty slow day. I did get out and walk a little bit. I will still be a little while before running again. Its weird how my ancle is healing. Physically, it feels fine, but it is still nerve strained. As a special highlight, Rest In Peace ( #RIP ) to 15 year old Nigel Shelby. Today, this young man represents one of the issues today's youths face on a daily basis. He represents the importants of ending (1) bullying, (2) sexuality based discrimination, and (3) suicide.
