Another walk around Milford

Today was another lovely day with the sun shining and nice warm temperatures so I got out for a couple of walks to get in my steps for the day.
I get bored walking the same route every day so I mix it up so today's shots are a mix of similar spots I walk past often and some other streets I haven't been down for a while.
Starting off with this shot walking beside the train tracks

Further down the same road I came across this puddle and snapped a shot I thought it worked Ok in B&W

Having built and climbed a few communication towers in my day I had to snap a shot of the back of the Fire Station including the two towers

Now you may have noticed I do like walking by the water whenever I can so both of my walks today ended up walking near the Wepawaug River passing through downtown Milford, this Shot is looking across at the Stonebridge Restaurant

I have shown on my Actifit posts the falls by the duck pondm, this is another little waterfall just beside the Stonebridge Restaurant

Now in Downtown This is the back of the old Fowler LIbrary which is now used by the Milford chamber of commerce, I do love when buildings have the plants grown on them like this

Now this view you have probably seen before looking upriver from the Hotchkiss bridge, and its hard to see but the reason I got this shot was because there was a heron sitting on the rocks in the middle of the river, I did also take some shots of it with my Sony camera but haven't looked at those yet

And thats my post for this evening all in all a good day and I surpassed my goal of 7000 Steps for today, now to chill and catch up with comments and such
