Little sleep, a walk in the Park and an automatic Win and Tripleten

I am not sure why but i didn't get much sleep last night, I guess things were on my mind I felt tired and went to bed at my normal time of 10PM, but as soon as I lay down I was wide awake, I lay in bed trying to sleep but it wouldn’t come, the last time i remember checking the time without having slept was just before 3Am, then I must have dozed off as I woke up and it was 4:05, and I decided I may as well get up and moving as my alarm would go off shortly anyway.

Now am I crazy?

No real need to answer that I know I am :).
I am sure most people with only an hours sleep would head straight tot he office and take it easy but not me, what do I do go for a walk, so I decided to walk to through and back from Central Park before heading to work, I wasn't really thinking about how many steps or anything, just walking is relaxing and calming for me, but after I got to the office I looked at the activity app and saw I have done over 13K Steps to make this post count for an #automaticwin, and also over 10km ( 6.21Miles) also before 10AM so I can llanos use the #tripleten tag.

It was dark still when I got off the train and the weather app on my phone said lightly cloudy so I thought it would be nice for a walk through Central Park and but he time I got there the sun would be up, well the forecast was wrong or had changed but the time the sun was coming up and it was very cloudy and overcast for my morning walk, and it was just what I needed to get by brain into gear and ready for a day in the office.

Just one camera photo tonight as My Eyes are tired after last night as you will see at the end of the post, so not sure I am going that good a job of editing so I just did one, this is inthe Mall which I did walk by today of course since it was a couple of weeks ago the colors today have changed a lot

Some shots from this mornings walk

I completely forgot about taking any photos on my walk till I was by the reservoir in Central Park, which I decided to head to as I find walking but he water most elating for me.
Here is a shot when I started to walk around it, I followed the path you can see on the right if you squint you can probably make out people running and walking along the path.

And more people going for exercise around the walkway, you may notice in these shots all the people are going in the same direction, thats because they have signs as you go up to this pathway by the reservoir saying to only go in the one direction, and most follow that but there is always those that feel signs do not apply to them and i saw two or three who just had to run against the flow of everyone else, not that I got shots of any of them.

Another shot about half way around the reservoir, in th shot you can see three of the tallest Buildings in NYC, CentralPark Tower on the right, 111W 57th Street in the middle and the next one I will share in a post in that series 432 Park Ave on the left
