To be honest, it has been a stressful week, so I spent most of the day in bed. Later in the afternoon I did manage to take a walk in the canyon, and enjoy some warm summer air with manageable heat. After sunset I did go into town and treated myself to a pint of Ben and Jerry’s non-dairy ice cream which really hit the spot.
