My days activity started with morning prayers with my family and a little house chores and preparing my son for school before walking him down to school ( a distance of 5km from my house). I then walked back home and took my bath and walked down to my printing press ( also a 5km walking distance from my house). I did my usual design and printing for the day and attended to customers as the arrived at my press. At about 1:45pm I left the shop and walked down to my sons school to pick him up and walked him to the house and thereafter left for the shop again where I attended to the few remaining customers and closed for the day around 5pm. I went shopping for dinning and walked home from the stores (about 6km from my house). After a light dinner I waited for about hour and I started my routine jogging and aerobics around my compound for 1 hour 30minutes.
I'm doing this to shade some weight and I believe I will see results in few months to come.
I'm currently weighing 105kg and I hope to workout till I'm 70kg and I maintain that. Thank you
