My daily activity started with morning prayers with my family. I then went outside for my morning routine jogging and aerobics. Thereafter, I started the routine environment sanitation which lasted for 3 hours straight (cutting grass and wedding the garden). I then took my bath and walked down to my office (about 5km away from my residence) and began the days work (printing and binding of program of events). This lasted for over 4 hours and I closed for the day after attending to the last customer. I walked down to the church from the office for house keeping and preparing the church environment for tomorrows Sunday service and this lasted for about an hour. I then walked down home and prepared my family for a little family sit out. We returned home at about 6pm and I did my routine compound jogging which lasted for about 30 minutes and I took my bath for the night.
I believe with my routine jogging and walking I will achieve my aim of losing some weight in the coming 3 months.
