Hey! I’m active again!!!
Yesterday I did just 5 km jog so I didn’t reach a decent number of steps but today I did run my classical intervals workout which I confess has been tough for me but not for the guy I am preparing to beat his personal best in 10K.
The workout planned 6 repetitions of 1000m at 3’48”/km resting only 75” between repetitions.
All of them executed excellently but I did one less because, to tell you the truth,I’m not fit at all so, I did only 5 as a pacer of my friend.
