I have a new technique for optimal early morning runs. Sleep in your running clothes. That’s right, socks, shorts, shirt put them on before bed. Three fewer things to think about in the morning. Just jump out of bed, jump into your running shoes, and jump out the door.
I woke up early for a long, long run. Strava says I traveled 15 miles. I was very slow, it was a struggle. It’s okay, try again this weekend. Three more weeks to marathon!
