My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2019

Happy Saint Paddy's Day!

I have to say, I'm surprised by my Actifit result today. If you'd have asked me which day would've had the higher number, today or yesterday, I would've say, "Yesterday, hands down." I walked through a gazillion stores, loaded and unloaded stuff (as much as hubby would let me), and last night before bed, I was really feeling it.

Comparing that to now, when I'm still a bit stiff and sore (like I usually am after shopping, even if it doesn't trigger a big tremor episode) but generally not too bad, I'd say it's 'cause I was lazier today.

Guess not!

Although it makes sense. It was much colder today, but the sun & rain got rid of a great deal of ice in the yard. As a result, each time I took our dog out (four times total) I made a point of walking him around the house, and up and down a bit of the driveway. The cold made it easier for him, since all the muck and mire was frozen again.

I remembered to take one picture when the sun was out....

... and one when it was dark (a short time ago, on his last jaunt of the night)

I also another arm lift video tweet for today's #seven77 challenge on Twitter.. I couldn't resist using a brand new bottle of my favorite vodka as my weight! I also did the lifts with my most termor-ific arm, as another opportunity to show what my ET looks like in action for the for Essential Tremor Awareness Month.
