Dear all Friends
Today I walked slowly and feeling that My belly is very loose before it is very tight.
Now I am doing udershave easily before that I am facing lot of problems.Now I am feeling relax.
I am stick on my dieting schedule.
My schedule is below
Breakfast. 4 🍞 bread pieces
Lench. Very light ( rice _ chicken )
Dinner. Only 1 date fruit & lemon water
