Today I tried to more something new you but I succeed in walking and now I walk approximately 2 hour. After that I feel very relax and feeling very comfortable it is very excitement for me.
Previous month I lose 3 kg and now I am in progress in walking let's see in future what happening. I think that I complete my target.
My request to all my friends to share diet plan and exercise for belly fat.
