July 16 was a Tuesday and not really a busy day for me in the office, rather, I have more engagements outside which get me walking and moving around often.
Each day will always begin with some good time of prayer and devotion followed by my morning chores.
I then moved to the office for official assignments. At 16:00 hours, I was already ready for Bible study in church where I am the teacher by God's grace.
It was followed by a few minutes of walk to ease my strenuous day.
In all, I was able to track 8000+ actifits.
