Today is November 28 and this is my actifit report card for today .
I usually go for a morning jogging before the start of the day to maintain the fitness activity routine in the long run of daily life.
Jogging and walking is a good way to burn more calories in the whole day calories burnt by us play an importent role in the inner metabolisum of our physical health.
To consume healthy diet i usually go for shopping to get essential food supliment required throughout the day.
With the end of the day i usually go for evening walk to maintain the physical
Caliber and burn more calories .buring more and more calories are usually good for the inner physical metabolisum of the body.walking in the evening gives me immense pleasure with enviornment fresh air gives mind new way to think in the long run and daily household chores.
