Actifit is great app and it helps everyone to stay fit. Today it was just a daily activity without any specific exercises but it's really tiring day as I spend full day in hospital with relatives running up and down, calling doctors or bring going medicines as one of my relative met an accident. Thank God all OK now and he will recover soon. Happy actifit
