Today I had my phone in my pocket all day, with the Actifit app turned on all the time...
Went for a walk, went shopping, went to a soccer match, and then played myself afterwards...just fun and a little practicing🙂
Broke my old record with more than 1000...Wonder how much it would be the day that I actually started to work-out😉 Probably not going to happen anytime soon...But I still like the app, because I'm curious about how much I move my body...and this makes me check the count...and sometimes it makes me walk instead of taking my car🙂
