Hey Fam Bam!
Had a weird Monday, just listened to music through out the day with minimal working out.
This is how it went down
. Woke up
.Went for a walk
. Got a long black coffee ( great for fasting)
. Listened to some music, discovering some new beats! Been mesmerised by Aurora “running with the wolves” trust me check it out..... she’s just so fascinating to watch, her mannerisms are unique.
. 20 air squats cause I was sitting down to long
. Went to work
