Alright! I’ve officially exceeded my bedtime... which I am becoming more and more strict with myself about.
I’ve noticed that going on less sleep doesn’t help my performance any... and I like to feel myself. I like to do my best by first being my best. Another consideration is the fact that the cells in your body aren’t able to renew themselves effectively on to little sleep... this leaves you open to disease and even cancer!
So what does this mean in practical terms?
It means I’m headed to bed... and that means if you would like to read my #EveryStepCounts Update for the week... your going to have to check back tomorrow!
