Casting a vision of the future and then carving out time on a daily basis to breath life into those ideas can be a real challenge sometimes right?
Lots of times people’s state is one of stress and fatigue... but I choose to reframe that line of thought and it actually helped me push through the last couple of days.
It’s simple really...
How about this for an idea...
“I’m not feeling stressed right now... I’m feeling challenged.”
This statement alone opens the pathways in the brain for success. Changing stress into a positive line of thought rather than a negative one empowers the individual. State is all about being aware of ones emotions and choosing to choose which one they will master.
Choose to be honest with your yourself and others about how your doing. Design a lifestyle around the ideas that snap you out of it. and how you human and it will. This is all where it starts.
