So this has been a week of incredible stress and triumph!
In the last couple 
Because there is proof of negligence I believe that litigation is going to come into play at some point in following proceedings... it is for this reason, for the time being, I have decided to close my mouth and suffer through these times.
Suffice it to say, however, I will leave you with 1 photo of the incident that I am referring to which you can then draw your own conclusions.
I’m nearly recovered but I have to say... my SPIRIT really took a hit with this one! It’s taken me an entire week to feel like things are normal again... and honestly... I think my SPIRIT Health Compounder is sitting at around an 80%. Not great... but at least I’m being honest about it. The trauma has been VERY REAL. I’m doing my best to fully recover my out look and refocus but yeah... it’s been a tough week for me!
But today... Well! Today has been a good day! @Actifit launched their marketplace and of course I’m super excited to have my services as a certified personal trainer listed there! I hope that you all are as excited as I am... Honestly! Seeing the @Actifit Marketplace up and running has done me a lot of good! The future is, once again, looking bright indeed!
