I find the ocean inspires me to look with gratefulness at the possibilities each day holds. Any chance I can run or walk on the beach I get up early and do it!

I don't live next to the ocean so the opportunity to do so is few and far between... Last time I ran on the beach was in Cuba 2 years ago. It's a place I often go to in my minds eye because there's something special about that experience!
