With the bike still out of commission it does mean that my step count is up.
Walked the best part of 10km back and forth from work and I’m feeling pretty good off the back of that.
I have to say one thing I’m struggling with at the moment is poor air quality. It’s been fairly mild weather this Christmas/New Year period but that hasn’t stopped people from lighting fires or using their wood burning stoves. With low clouds and a lack of breeze even in the suburban area I live in it’s created a kind of smoggy haze. Unfortunately it seems to be the ambition of every white middle class family to own a wood burner despite living in houses with central heating, insulation and double glazing...
